Spent too much time lurking this forum, and this is the result.

Ingredients:
PWA Commando lower- have had this for over 30 yrs, and it's been everything from a long range varmint gun to an XM177E-2 clone. FCG after untold thousands of rnds is as smooth as Grandpa's .22. Did add new spring set.
Cerro Forge upper (Keyhole with vertical rectangle with 2 raised dots- if anyone know's manuf, I'd appreciate it!)
FN M16A2 bbl in excellent cond(Thanks EE!)
Colt BCG, hand guards, delta ring assy.
CavArms A1 length buttstock with A2 buttplate.

Got a head start Thursday by color matching upper and lower with Norrel's Flat black Moly Resin- 4 light foggings cooled between each coat then returned to oven at 100 deg before each coat, and final 300deg curing gives a nice dark grey finish- and this stuff will last and last!

BBL installed (went to garage bench for that), had to re-pin gas tube- got distracted while babysitting wife's new puppy. Came back, shoved tube in place, pinned it, and thought- that doesn't look right! Had installed upside down.
