I have a POF lower from the year 2008.  I have the lower SBR'd and want to fill in the engraved area with a  black finish.  What is the finish that POF was using from the year 2008?  Would alumablack for for my needs?

The fire control engravings are filled in with red and white paint. Use Acetone to remove the paint. It will come off pretty easy.
