Recently I completed my first AR build. I used a Faxon ARAK-21 upper. I took it to the range for the first time a few weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon. Things were going fine for the first 200 rounds or so, then it stopped ejecting. This happened after clearing and loading a few times. When I broke it down to look closer, I noticed both ejectors had fallen out. My day at the range was done, so I went home. I filled out the "contact us" form on their web site. I received a reply within about an hour from the Director of Sales, Marketing, & Operations. This was around 6:00 PM (Eastern Time) Sunday evening. He asked me to send the bolt back for them to inspect, and they would rush a replacement to me. Fantastic! I mailed off my bolt Monday morning. After about two weeks, I had not received anything in the mail. I sent another email to ask if the replacement had shipped. They told me it had. Since I had not received it yet, it was probably lost in the mail. (I'm picturing that warehouse scene at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark). So they mailed another replacement to me which I did receive.
So to recap... they responded to my first inquiry late on a Sunday, and continued working with me to get the replacement part I needed.
