Honestly folks I know zero about them other than what I've read.

However, I won the Gunstruction design competition with a piston system build. Phase 5 is going to build my designed rifle and send it to me. (Yes, you can bet I'm shocked and awestruck that I won the design competition).

All the piston components are Adams Arms components. I will post back after I take it out to shoot and let you all know what I actually think of a piston rifle. I really don't know yet what to think about them because I've never fired one or examined the inner workings for wear or cleaning. I certainly am looking forward though to getting the one I won!
