When you say standard AR15 BCG, does this apply to M16 AKA Auto BCG's? I'm sure it'll work, just the verbiage of "standard" skews my brain to worry about compatibility.

Nice stock and all...but what's the story with that lower? Some sort of Ambi setup?

One more thing (I'm annoying, aren't I). The heavier buffer will certainly get my order.

On their website they have H2 & H3 buffers, please let me know if you'll stock and substitute one for the other.

All the way in. For extended, you can figure it out.

I assume the stock has some sort of lock/release button? If so, where is it located, and how does it function? Does the stock lock in the closed position? Or is it simply held by friction, so you can just pull it out until it locks in an open position?

Are there replacement springs available?

Is there a water drain hole somewhere in the tube?

The button is on the stock body just forward of the butt - you can see it in the photos. The stock locks in both the open and closed positions. There is a drain hole on the end of the receiver extension, in the same place you'd find it on a normal RE.

I don't know about the springs...

Great that it can use a standard BCG, 1 less proprietary part!  Would be really nice if it had more lock positions than in & out.  Troy is doing that with their new one.

I've seen a NEA stock. It is pretty short, even fully extended. I saw no need to have a less than fully extended position, and a fully collapsed position. The stock owner felt the same, and wanted different extension bars that only had those two positions (like the newer NEA version, I believe).

If this is anything similar, I'm happy as is.

Except for the Out Of Stock part. And the I Has No Monies part.

I just don't see how these have any appreciable advantage over the LWRC Ultra-Compact stocks, and several DISadvantages vs. the LWRC.

You mean besides being three times the cost and twice the weight?

The only thing left is the major cool factor. While not quantifiable, it does count!

Complete collapsible length.  Would be a cool component for a PDW style weapon.  The LWRC ultra compact stocks are pretty sweet with a wider range of use.  This stock/buffer system is definitely a specialty item.

Looks to be maybe just over an inch difference between the two.

I suppose if I REALLY needed that inch, I could overlook the problems of the various stocks of this style.
