Description:

With our newest item to the Fortis family line. We went true to our roots and integrated form with functionality. The new angled grip, the Shift™ Short is a hybrid of sorts. The shape works as a comfortable hand stop when going with the thumb over method. The grip allows you to handle the weapon with the confidence and the organic design enables the operator to manipulate the rifle in ways that’s not quite possible with other vertical grip designs.

I like them, though I'm a self professed Fortis fan. I hope they come out with a direct attach keymod version.

The only thing I'm worried about is its snag potential. That being said, I'm getting one

I would think the short one would be fine for a pistol but the long version not. The longer one is too much like a standard vert grip.

Very nice, but to kick it up a notch some kind of rubberizing or bed liner type of coating would be nice. I bet it would scratch easily and if the scratch was large enough it could eat up your hand a bit. I'm contemplating between this grip and one with storage

Not a chore at all...or even a quick spray of DIY bedliner.

I personally don't think it's needed, but I'm using it as a reference point rather than a grip.

I would imagine since this is along the same lines as a Magpul AFG, it would be legal (at least the hand stop version) but I'm no expert

Thanks. Walking around the basement with it I noticed the ergonomics are really nice. I may not be able to wait until the weekend after holding it to try it in action

It would not fit on my NSR keymod rail attatchment, but is a nice stabilizer on my long range gun.

Does Fortis make a slick-bottom rail? I love your stuff but the 6:00 cheese grater is something I try to avoid.
