Can anyone post up some vintage Colt or Armalite advertisements? Posters, signs, etc.

A neighboring business owns a sign manufacturing company and I was thinking of having some recreated.

Depending on size and quality I might be interested in purchasing some signs

I'll have to see what I've got. Most of the adverts I have are fold out brochures and such.

Looks like the cop has his thumb through the front gas block. I imagine that would get a little hot...

Cool Ad though

Do you have permission to re-print the copyrighted materials?

Are you seeing any copyright notices on what's above?

I'm reading the old issues of  American Handgunner online, in the  July & August 1980 issue, there is a Retro knock off called  "AP-74"  in  22lr or 32 ACP  by  Armi Jager for sale by EMF Co Inc, of Burbank California

Looking up the schematic, made wonder if you would like the specific models for printing  which Numrich has online and  has some for sale in larger formats.   The Ap-74 is at https://www.gunpartscorp.com/Manufacturers/JagerKassnar-33320/AP74-36739.htm if anyone cares to see how it functioned.   The schematics ordering page is at https://www.gunpartscorp.com/Schematics.htm

If the Guns mag Classic issues has an ad for them in the  June 1967, I'll post it. I've been taking out the ads for  reloading and various firearms. I'm looking forward to the later 1960's and 1970's issues  for the start of Armalite and Colt advertisements for the timeline.

They were omitted from the post. The publication in which they appeared had the notices, the people who own the content now also have them. Its like recording a movie, personal use is ok but republication or reproduction without the expressed written consent... Make a personal copy ok, make ten copies to sell is a violation of the owner's rights. Word to the wise.

Sorry about the size, the advertisement was small in the magazine. Source is  American Handgunner September/October 1980 found on page 74, if you are  better at enlarging and editing. Ad reads Colt bayonets   $29.95 at  Brock's Surplus of Decatur Georgia .

Still hunting through old issues or things worth sharing. hoping to find something not in common circulation.

If they don't have permission would it ruin your day?

Reprinting one advertisement from a copyrighted magazine for research purposes is almost certainly fair use.  No one's selling copies in this thread, and the owners of the website aren't charging for access to this section either.
