I've got a Stevens 77 I'm working on turning into a Vietnam 77E clone.

But I've ran into a predicament

It seems I missed the boat by a few years on the cheap 77E stocks and recoil pads. Can anyone help me out with a source for them?

Those numrich stocks were made for small asian guys.    You might be better off refinishing the original stock to look like it.    That's what I did.

Edit:  the hard part is the correct sling swivels.

Watch eBay like a hawk. You probably won't find a military stock, but you might at least find a commercial stock with the correct red recoil pad. I got lucky a couple months ago. You can also find some serviceable  sling swivels at gpc, I'll dig out a link later and post
