I have an 80% lower that I would like to have engraved and anodized for my late 723 style clone. Which would be the appropriate roll mark and who is the best to send it to? Also, is there anyone who will both engrave and anodize? Thank you.

For a true RO723 - this is the rollmark you want:




However, if you want to do even later, you can go with the RO777 rollmark (RO773???) - as I've encountered a military COTS carbine with an A2/FS upper and this rollmark "downrange" (BAF '07-'08 - hardly counts ):
