I too got my package Tex - Thanks! Are the legos correct for an XM177 Middy, or a retro AR pistol? I can't seem to remember where they fit...

Random gear. The single pouch I think is authentic,
The one on the left is a shotgun shell holder I beleive
Is commercial . I've probably had them for thirty years.

To toss it out there, the one on the left does indeed look like a 12g shot gun shell pouch, and it's a piece of M1967 gear.

GeoBartlett, Thank you so much for the CAR Stock.  It came in while I was away for a funeral, but it looks amazing, almost new, and it fit my Son's Carbine like a glove.  Just Perfect.

And Thanks for the Surprise item.  Altho, I was sorta expecting some Lego's.

Homeinvader Will get these.

I had offered an A2 Stock, but since nobody asked for it, I gave it to a neighbor's son, for his rifle.

So now, I will offer a set of Mid-Length Triangular Handguards.  I did not make these, and I don't know who did, but they did fit my Palmetto Arms Mid-Length.  They are not the prettiest, but the price is right.

You're right, that's really not how this works. I will, however, check and see if I still have a spare trigger when I get home tonight. If I do, put the mag up as PIF and I'll send you the trigger.

These are real deal Colt M16 Hammers, and triggers converted to AR15 Spec and the prices are great. He will sell you a complete converted semi auto FCG for a lower adjusted cost of $45.00 or $18.00 shipped for the hammer. Seller is GTG as well.

ETA: If you don't need FCG springs, pins, or disconnector and disconnector spring let him know and he will adjust price accordingly.

Whoever it was that PIF'd me the MaTech BUIS, I want to let them know I fixed it hitting it with my spot welder, I ground the excess material off so it would flip up and down nice and tight, hit it with cold blue and put a brand new A2 windage wheel on. It looks just as nice as my new one. It really helped to have a second unit to see where I needed to add the material.

ETA: To stay on topic, do you guys think we should have feedback for the PIF thread? I wish I coul create a poll here.

I don't think so.

I've taken two items offered, a slip ring and a no tic selector (thanks to Texas Squirrel and Olgunner)

So far I've only been able to offer modern parts but I  hope to one day soon offer something retro that someone could really use.
With feedback and tracking I think it will lose it's purpose, it's worked for a very long time as is and I think it's perfect.
There might be the occasional person that abuses the system but that's with anything.

Just my $.02
