I have always bought PSA, but they don't have what I want. I'm wanting short (7.5-10.5") complete barreled assembly. Nitride preferred, no BCG/CH, and I don't care what handguard.

Hardened Arms is the closest thing I've found, but I'd like to see some other options.

Throw a Toolcraft nitride BCG in for $79 and a basic charging handle for $20 and you have a pretty decent upper for not a lot of money. If you're looking for something <$200 with a BCG and CH, not really sure.  That PSA upper is about as cheap as I'd personally recommend while still having something of acceptable reliability and quality.
