Need some ideas for good looking rails for a 7.5 pistol build. Preferably as thin as possible, as long as the ID is not below 1.35" Also, no quad rails. This will have a flash can on it so up to a 9.5 rail. Budget it $200. Pictures would help too.

I'm using a cheap carbon fiber hand guard off of eBay on my pistol build (still in progress).

It's thin, light and for my use with all rails removed except the top one
Smooth to the hand. Also being carbon fiber it won't get hot like
Aluminum ones can. Since this going to be mostly a range toy and a because I can it might see some volume usage

Carbon fiber is intriguing. I would stay away from the DPMS version since the handguard is epoxied to the barrel nut on installation. You need a strap wrench to remove it and then I suppose you throw it away.

The hand guard I linked to is mounted over a GI barrel nut with special adapter
Behind and in front bolting together then screws through the hand guard into
A metal collar. Bit difficult to describe but seems to work very well in practice.

MI SS keymod is good stuff. I would not cover the flashcan because you might want to add a suppressor later.

I would have to say the 7" Seekins. Looks great with the Ferfran if you plan to go that route later.
