I'm having ejection problems and read an article awhile back about port hole size. The current barrel has a .068 port hole which some people argue it should be larger on a 7.5" build.

gas hole on a 7.5 pistol should be around .062 yours is fine, make sure you have an oring under your extractor in the bolt should smooth things up.  adjustable gas block or heavy buffer should not be required..

mine is 5/64 drill size. and it was ejecting to the front , I got a h3 buffer and broke it in and now can use a H buffer and it kicks to 3-4 oclock
