Lehigh defense makes some loaded ammo that fits what you are looking for I believe. May not be 220+ gr projectiles though.

I think Fat McNasty has come up with a design for one, I think he is going to sell them, but not sure when they will be available. Search GD, there was a big thread about it recently.

lehigh as some one else stated has loaded ammo 194 grain maximum expansion . If you reload outlaw state makes some great 220 and 225 grain bullets that expand or fragment at subsonic velocity no special mag needed .
225 grain outlaw state expanding subs with lancer magazine .
