Does anyone here have load data for the 25-45 cartridge using an 87 grain bullet?

My son is giving me a 20 inch stainless steel 25-45 barrel for Christmas. Actually, he's giving it to me early and I hope to have a complete upper put together by this time next week. I have dies, powder and bullets. What I need now is load data. Can anyone help?

Check the 25-223 thread for starting data.  It is 25x43 I think.

if its the SRC 25-45, its totally different then the 25-233 as 25-223 is 25x43 so be careful.

25-45 is extremely limited on bullet selection...

If he is moving to a longer cartridge; 45mm instead of 43mm, the data should be pretty safe.  Greater case capacity of the x45 should keep the pressures lower.  No danger as long as he keeps the cases filled to a safe capacity like 80%+ or more.  Did I forget about something?

The cases are exactly the same (shoulder length and angel, taperetc..). The only difference is the the 25-223AR (the proper name) is trimmed 0.060" (2 mm) so case neck does not ride up on the ogive of high B.C. bullets with longer ogives than the Speer 87 g bullet.
