The above are great choices. I went with a 16" Lilja drop in match barrel and am very pleased with it. Lilja makes a 20 inch drop in match barrel with a rifle length gas port, called the "740-20". Link is below. 416 stainless, Wylde chamber, 1:8 twist, heavier profile, but weight conscious. It is pull button rifled and hand lapped.
A barrel from any of these three companies is a "serious" precision barrel. My 16" Navy Recon is far more accurate than I can consistently shoot, meaning it is sub 1/2 MOA until I screw it up. Lilja 223-8-AR740-20 barrel |

Take a look at Criterion Fluted. I got great results with my 308 barrels. I will be getting the barrel in link soon.
