Hi, I currently have a lower-middle end complete ar15 which has a New Frontier polymer lower, and PSA freedom SS upper. It's not nail driver but it works and it works for a good price.

With that being said, I'm currently looking for suggestions for a complete 5.56 FF upper, either better quality or equal to the PSA Premium FF complete upper with the FN barrels. It seems PSA either can't keep up with demand on these or they aren't even making them any longer. So, can you point me in other directions? I'm looking to spend between $300 and $500. Must be FF (not a quad rail - too heavy), must be a nice barrel, "16 would be great.

I know many of you will say "just build it yourself", unfortunately, I don't have the time or patience. I just want to buy a nicer, completed upper and move on with life.

Or if you could provide some other places to look.. I've been looking at slick guns, brownells, spikes, bcm, cmmg, stag, midwest industries, dpms, delton, dpms, AIM, rock river... i'm just unsure of all these other seemingly "fly by night" or "start up" companies with product offerings out on the web.

Thanks for the help.

Wait for it to be in stock?

I'd be more concerned with replacing your polymer lower

I agree. Get an aluminum lower or two before the election! Then check out Andro Corp., Aero Precision, and keep checking PSA. Their in stock product listing changes daily usually between 11:00am and 2:00pm est. (I know too much time on my hands lol).

"Patience or Time"  It only takes about 15 minutes to build an upper, or put the parts together.  The last upper I built, I had about 20 minutes and $290 bucks into it.

thank you, i know I've researched it and watched the videos. but as in my original post, i'm not interested in messing around with it. i want a completed upper, now. i'd just like some suggestions on which brands or what stores would have something like what i'm asking about.

Of what you posted, I like CMMG and BCM the best, with Spike's being goo too. As others have said, Aero, Andro and PSA are all good choices!
