17" rail? Damn, that's really freaking long.

I like the longer rail. For 16in rifles I like the 15in rails so I figured on an 18in rifle I'll like the 16.5 or 17in rail.

I know Midwest Industries just came out with some long ass rail lengths all the way up to 18".

SLR has several models available in longer lengths that are of great quality, light-weight, and have the Mlok option. Worth checking out.
