Look at the ALG rails. They look good and the price is right. Otherwise I like DD rails

this one has no way to mount my magpul pro sights to it.

There's a good chance an 8" rail will be TOO LONG for an 8.5" barrel.
It's going to come down to the rail manufacturer. My 8" has only 0.01" clearance between the muzzle device and the 7" handguard. |

You are exactly right I ordered the Leapers/UTG rail its 7.54 long thats about the best im going to get. |
