What is your budget?
dpms or model 1 tube. they are super cheap. Jse has them for 45 quid. copes distributing has the anderson tubes at a similar price point. It may be tempting but i'd suggest you avoid the import super cheap ones on ebay and amazon. |

I like the cheapo from dpms but read you need a special wrench to tighten it.

Yhm requires a non standard barrel nut wrench. This is the one from dpms I was looking at. I have a stanard armorers wrench. Do you have experience with this one?

The one concern i would have with using it on a big bore upper would be recoil. The way the tube screws onto the barrel nut might require a few dabs of loctite. The anderson i mentioned above might be a better choice since it comes with a lock ring. |
