Trying to get some opinions on the Shortest Most Effective Comp/Brake for shorter barrels for a pistol upper.
Most likely be DD MK18 upper or 11.5 or 12.5. Not interested in the JP Tank Brake
Pros vs. Cons. Post pix if you've got them

I run AAC's single chamber brake on a 308 and like it. It'll add less than 1/2 inch to your barrel. But the VG6 is my fav. There is a version without flash hider prongs.  PWS also has some shorter products and they are super effective.

The blast and fireball from a MK18 will be horrendous
