I have the same philosophy.  MOEs on my rifles and a K grip on my pistol just in keeping with the reduced size of whole pistol package.

Although the MIAD is my personal preference, grips are subjective, sort of like our preferences in women.

Some like thin, others a bit plump.  Some like firm hardbodies, others like then soft and squeezable.  Different feel, different shapes. Blonde, brunette, redhead, eithicity, eye color, all in the eye of the beholder.  What you like may not be what someone else likes.  Its like dating, only a lot cheaper, and if you change your mind, its not like the messiness of getting a divorce.  And, because they are easy to acquire and low maintenence, why not get several different ones, a whole harem you can fondle to your heart's content!
