I didn't see any kind of logo on the gas block on my pinned 12.5" barrel that I ordered directly from DD.

My factory pinned DD 10.3" barrel I ordered has no logo on it whatsoever.

It's real but I could raise the price on it if it would make you feel better about it.
I would have used it on my current build but didn't want to dimple the barrel to install it properly. |

Best pics I could get. I didn't take pics of entire block as there is no logo anywhere.
Set screw hole is not threaded.

Looks like a MK12, but odd that it is not marked. Maybe post this in the DD industry forum and see what DD says about it.

Current production Daniel Defense MK12 Gas Blocks do not have the logo on the front of the block. Earlier models did but as we now produce these for the US Military, we had to remove the logo so that they are built exactly to a specific drawing.
Our Pinned LPGs have a much smaller profile so that they will fit under our DDM4 Rail. The flat bottom of the MK12 gas block is to wide to fit under anything we produce with the exception of the RIS II rail systems we produce. and even on the RIS II rails, the MK12 block is on compatible with mounted on a barrel with a carbine length gas system. The hole in the bottom of our OEM LPG is simply a pass through hole so that we can drill the gas port hole that aligns with the gas tube hole. S/F Joe |
