Thanks. I think that's the third iteration.

NotaNSW Grendel. Should have waited for the 5-30K to come out but I was a few years too early. It's definitely quiet though.

The beginnings of the URX H. ATACR to follow. Testing out the haveblue wrap while I wait on a gas block because I'm too busy when I have motivation, and too lazy when I'm not busy to swap the one on my NSW

OFF-TOPIC: foundation for my pole barn is progressing nicely...about 8" from final grade. tomorrow I'm off with dad all day to help dig the elec and water trench stuff and finish doing grading work. 12x24' full Machine shop coming prolly July timeframe. Once it's setup, I can do lots of cloney stuff, and not be at work.

ON-TOPIC: MidwayUSA has CCI CLEAN-22 poly coated in stock, I bought 2k more. This is amazingly clean and I have run prolly 500rnds through my AEM5 so far. It's prolly as clean as 5.56 tbh.

A good 11.5” and 16” rifles and you can do anything

Now the search continues for a better scope, maybe a Viper PST 2.5-10x32 or similar. Might go high dollar and build what the Mod H could’ve/should’ve been.

Very old magpul RSA.

I like it there as it limits sling interference on hand guard and hopefully doesn't keep pressure just on the rail.

For the non FSP rifles, I typically use the provided QD mount on the rail.

I’m guessing that’s an older Centurion rail? Seems like the new ones don’t have a open slot up against the receiver.

I haven't cleaned my AEM5 since I got it in 2009. It's got 200rnds of CCI STD vel and prolly 500+ of the clean 22. Amazingly the clean 22 is super clean, even suppressed.

Run itttt. It's fun as hell, just NOT FOR CL BARRELS.

CL as in chrome lined?

Uh oh…?

Tell me more. I’ve been shooting my CMMG 22LR conversion kit in several of my rifles over the past few years, always unsuppressed, but didn’t realize there were potential problems running it in chrome lined barrels. So far, I haven’t noticed any deviations in accuracy, or any other issues (other than needing extra cleaning), but I haven’t stuck a borescope in any of them either.
