Can you turn the carrier group around backwards and measure with calipers from the firing pin hole to the top of the receiver?
I can try this evening if you don't have calipers. |

Sorry, got busy. I have the low shelf DPMS LR308
I am reading 1.3", center of FP hole to top of receiver. Edit; after 2nd mesurement I am getting 1.260 center to top. I had the caliper inside of the FP hole which was at the far edge(away from the top of receiver) of the hole and it was adding roughly .035-.040". OK, that's my final answer. Not technical, but I hope that helps. |
