Just a toy. Well if it is just a toy, why not just buy the Ruger AR-556 for $600 and slap a slide fire on it. But if you are comparing these 3 for 3 Gun or target shooting, I would go with a Piston Gun and for the Ruger 556VT. Out of these 2 manufacturers, I have only owned a Ruger -- SR556 and it was a great rifle, and loved the adjustable piston.. Trigger sucks but - obviously east to change. |
