Copied from a few pages back.

Never seen the stock or light before. What are they?

Stock looks to be a Damage Industries ECS. I'm not sure about the light. Tailcap kinda looks like Surefire

I'm just busting balls.

Heck, even a Colt lower has the selector stops milled off, short of a real M16 or an 80% lower with replica markings and a faux sear pin you aren't going to have a true clone.

I'll admit to liking this config more than I should....  I just built up another block II upper (FN A3 M4 marked upper, Colt ADCO cut down barrel, DD mk18 FDE rail) and I've started to build one of these to go with my other three Mk18/CQBR's.

Ordered some Tango Down SCAR rail covers and a Magpul RVG yesterday.  Already have a Matech rear and KAC Taupe front.  I'll use a Surefire 952V for now and have a spare 553 with the SU-231 markings.  The magnifier looks like an Aimpoint in a LaRue mount.  Not sure if I want to do the Magpul CTR or not.....

I just had a Nodak A1 lower clear form 1.  I'm thinking I'll use that and possibly man up and paint the lower.  I have always liked the rifles that aren't completely painted better.  More of a "thrown together" look.

Hopefully next month two of my Surefires will clear.  I've got a GMT-HALO in FDE that's also in jail right now.  Anybody ever spy a HALO in the wild on a Mk18?

Never seen HALOs on SOF guns. One of my Army friends they had them and the old Knights M4 QD cans in a scout platoon.

Just an FYI... The TR24 is kosher for the MK18. I believe Navy EOD ran them (along with VLTOR CASV hand guards and Arredondo mag wells). I haven't ever seen one on a CQBR upper though...

I'll add that a scout platoon in one of the INF Bn's at Bliss had at least a couple. I'll try to find some pics, but I don't believe I have any. And they wouldn't have been on CQBR URGs.

They ditched the M110 in favor of the M2010 right before this last rotation.  The M2010 is cool and all, but I would prefer the M110.

While I was diggin' fpr the TR24 pics, I ran across these:

I've never seen anything but a KAC or SF suppressors on any MK18/CQBRs so I'm wondering what make/model they are. I know AAC cans were user with the 416s but the lowers pictured are not HK manufactured.

Definitely Ops, which would mean the barrel couldn't be 10.3" due to the reflexive design.

I think the CQB MBS suppressors require an 11.5". I don't know about their M4-M or S though.

I think 11.5 is as short as you can go.

All of the Trijicon variables in the pics you've posted are TR21 models, not TR24. You can tell from the objective being larger than the body of the tube, and also the older style fiber optic light gatherer in the ocular bell.

I've never seen anything but a KAC or SF suppressors on any MK18/CQBRs so I'm wondering what make/model they are. I know AAC cans were user with the 416s but the lowers pictured are not HK manufactured.

Quite the brand loyalist. I'm guessing you are going to have dedicated hosts with the variety of mounts?

Yea, with a heavy leaning to Surefire.  There's two more Surefire cans that'll be getting there this week.  I know it might be blasphemy, but I'm thinking about putting the Trek-T on my second CQBR Block II......
