Thanks, guys! First time I ran into a bear while out hiking I just had my Glock 20. 10mm seems ok on paper, but it felt like a .22 in my hand at the time (as would any handgun). As usual, the bear didn't want any trouble and it was fine. But since then, I always like having something that'll get the job done for sure if needed just in case I come across one who's young and dumb, old and desperate, or motherly and pissed off.
Here's another from the same day. It's my epic, looking out over a cliff with shotgun slung on my back pic. ...Made significantly less epic once you notice the little min-pin in a ridiculous jacket to my left.

Is it possible to change the thread's name?
It's obviously not about AR15s anymore. There's also the improper use of an apostrophe, which constantly annoys my attention to detail. Perhaps the thread isn't even in the right section now and should be moved? |

This is not the mediocre pic thread? My bad! The top had more contrast and the bottom had some brilliant hues to the naked eye. I could not get I to translate through the camera. |
