However, I do have 1B1B6 is spare parts and have seen them occasionally in the past. Almost all my bolts are either Colt or FN. So yes to your question. |

I remember looking at near new FN M16A2s in early Mar 91' right after the seize fire went into effect. I was in Kuwait City with 5th SFGA. |

View Quote Yes, Only when guns are first issued from Colt or FN. After that every part except lower (lowers too but rarely) get replaced as they are wear items. Any Governmental parts supplier can be found into or on any variation of M16/M4. You ever see an original M1 Carbine? Remember Underwood produced the most parts (35) and that was about 70%.
