Some people seemed to think this might be an issue and advised to stay away.
Now this vendor - who doesn't have a good rep - is selling them , with an upper receiver - even cheaper.

I don't know for sure if legit or not , just felt I should pass that along.

My initial impression is that it is legit. The markings and packaging is no different than what I’ve seen in the past. I’ll give it a closer look over the weekend and post if I find anything odd.
