That’s turning into a Prairie Dog gun. Geissele MK7 DDC, a White Oak Armaments 26” Varmint Barrel, and a FDE full stock. I have four unbuilt lowers currently, a pile of parts, and trouble staying focused, LOL. |

Good news. I'm finally moving out of California.
I have a SR-30 lower and I am interested in getting a SR-30 upper to match. However, I do not want to register the lower as an SBR in case I ever have to move back to California. If I were to get a SR30 DSR upper and permanently attach the suppressor, is the barrel long enough where I do not have to register my lower as one? Don’t get me wrong, I would love to SBR it, but I’d rather register a different lower, and because of California’s handgun roster, I was unable to purchase the SR30 lower as a pistol. |

If a can is permanently installed, with a length that exceeds 16”, the owner does not need an SBR stamp, only one for the can.
