So what about those of us who ordered a back-ordered suppressor well before May 1st that (just thinking out loud here) does not get its SNs to you in time from the suppressor manufacturer? I do not see any mentioning of that
|
|
If we get the serial numbers before July 6th then you are good. Almost everything that we have taken backorders on we expect before that time frame.
|
|
How does this work for out of state? How is my trust attached to the order? I assume you file form 3's and the form 4's simultaneously then.
I have a form 3 that's over 60 days now with no word, so I'm a little skeptical you can guarantee the timing but am willing to take your word and spend some money. |
|
Well this changes my game plan. I will have to make a purchase soon!
Do you have a game plan for after 41f? Do we have to mail our pics/prints to you? |

I ordered a Griffin Rev 9 in January, any chance I'll get a serial number before the deadline? I've been told a couple times that mine would be in the next batch in.

Correct there has to be a form 3. But we handle the form 3 and 4.

It is a sure thing if you order and it is in stock. Plenty of time.

I bet money that this was corrected before your FFL got the letter but if you send me the order number I'll take a look. It's not my Suppressor nor am I the dealer. I was just in the shop and saw the denial with the stamp in big blue letters across his form 4. I think it had been sent in sometime in March/April. I've got one going from you guys right now that I think I'm going to get the same denial on because I sent in the form 4 too soon. |

Yes but typically we get the notification before the dealer does. Feel free to PM me and I can double check.

I'm still not clear on how this guarantee works?
Does this guarantee only work for those who are in state? I don't understand how this can be guaranteed for those out of state because they will have to do a form 3, then wait before doing the form 4. How can you guarantee the form 4 will get done in time? Would it be possible to return the item if the form 4 doesn't get completed in time? Like just have the dealer transfer it back to you? I'm interested in buying some things before the rules change and am trying to understand this. |

We file both the form 3 and the form 4. So we have control of when they are sent in. Would it be possible to return the item if the form 4 doesn't get completed in time? If a suppressor was purchased from y'all in the past month, when should the form 4 be sent out?

My form 4 was submitted 6/29. Form 3 sent out 5/27. Hope this helps some people out!

Is the guarantee qood until 11:59:59PM tonight?
Just in case you update some new items later today or I can resist any longer on an in stock "must have" item that my wife will yell at me later for panic buying but thank me later when she uses it |
|
That is correct. Any silencer purchased through out today. We just got Rugged Surges in FYI.
|

almost pulled the trigger on a ryder9 ti as I did not remember seeing it in stock until just a few minutes ago.... but by the time I was in the cart it was 12:00 ... you probably would have honored but did not want to take the chance
