I'm looking to get a can in the near future, but not trying to break the bank while doing so. I want to supress my 556, wife's 6.8 and a Blackout that's in the works. I had decided a while back to get an AAC primarily because of the mounting system would be cross platform compatible, but after reading here and elsewhere it seem AAC has been slacking in the quality dept. I'm not going to be running any intense strings of fire through the can, mainly just to knock down my sound signature to neighbors at the ranch/range.
Does the Harvester have interchangeable mounting components so it would be useable on multiple platforms instead of the direct thread? Is AAC still a good choice for the average quiet joe? Thanks for your time and any other can yall suggest would be helpful!
