I recently purchased a Daniel Defense rifle second hand. I've owned almost everything but a Daniel Defense rifle, so I'm a little late to the party. After this experience, I wish I had become a customer long ago. Anyway, I had a problem with the safety lever on the rifle. I thought, what the heck, I'll ask DD about the issue. I promptly received a response from Caroline B who apologized for my issue and sent a label asking me to send in the entire rifle. Without going into all the details, DD repaired my rifle with a new lower and returned it in a nice DD hard case. When it came to making my life easier, you guys were on top of it. I was treated better than I expected. If every CS rep is on par with the professionalism of Caroline B, all I can say is buy more DD products folks, you're in good hands.
My experience was so good, I'm now looking for a reason to buy another DD product (the M4A1 is calling my name).
