I know there have been complaints over the last year or so saying have been getting worse. Shipping as well.
Well, I just wanted to say thanks.
First, for acknowledging loyal customers. I made a few large purchases lately. I was shocked to find a letter about a month later thanking me for my business. That's a good way to keep me coming back.
Second, for fixing things quick when they go wrong. Perfection is not going to happen, especially when you run a company as large as Brownells. I recently had an order with many items. I didn't unpack the box all at once and only took the parts out that I needed at the time. I went back to get a small part for an AR build and realized it wasn't there. An email to customer service and the problem was fixed....overnight. Literally overnight.
No one can expect you to not make mistakes. That is not realistic, however, how you go about fixing those mistakes speaks volumes as to your business ethics/practice.
You've done well and deserve an "Atta-boy"
