You guys have the slowest returns process I've ever seen. I sent an item back to be exchanged on the 9th. It was received at your facility on the 13th and is still pending. I've sent several emails that have yet to be answered. I called last week and was told it would be processed no later than the 27th. As of today it is still pending. I've always had great customer service from Brownell's but your returns process needs work.
Update: spoke to customer service on the 28th and was told they would have it taken care of by the close of business on Friday the 29th. Again, didn't happen. Now I'll have to wait another weekend before I get any more help. At this point I feel like I'd be wasting my time calling them since they just lie to me to shut me up. Also can't help but notice that Brownells seems to have overlooked this thread in their own forum.
