I placed an order on the 17th (10671953), received a confirmation email shortly after. Tuesday morning having not seen a shipping notice, I called CS and was told the order had been released and was "pickable", and should be shipped in 24-48 hours. Having received no shipment notice by Friday, I called to cancel the order but was told it was to far along to do so. I got the same line as before from CS, "it should be shipped within 24-48 hours". I've got a very short time-line to get this upper built and sighted in before its due to its owner. Please get this straightened out Brownells.
*Edited for resolution; after calling several days in a row, a C/S team lead contacted me on tuesday to let me know the order would be processed wed and shipped overnight.
