Let me preface this with saying that everyone I've spoken with has been extremely polite and professional. It's the service itself that has been lacking.
On the 28th I place a large order for parts. I'm a dealer and needed these parts by tomorrow to complete two custom rifles.
On Friday, they hadn't shipped, so I called. I was told that the stocks were out of stock, and that they'd BO them and ship the rest.
Yesterday when they still hadn't shipped, I called and was told that they were indeed in stock, weren't ever out of stock, and would ship today with all of my order as originally ordered, except the cerakote, that had to go ground.
This morning, I logged in to check to see if it's shipped yet, and it hadn't. Ok, it's not the end of the day yet, no big deal.
But the lower part's kits in the order had been deleted. No explanation, no email, nothing. One day you tell me you'll ship me my stuff, the next day you delete part of the stuff you say you'll ship.
