So I ordered on 12/20 (10 M3 non-window, black Pmags). My card was billed on 2/1. Yet this is all I see, and no package yet, no email... I guess I wouldn't agree that their system is "fixed" based on this. (the order and confirmation #'s are identical). I'll call Brownells if it doesn't show up tomorrow. My gen3 pmags show shipped online, FEB 1 and no tracking info. I have called 4 times and gotten 4 different excuses as to why my order has not shipped. Today I was told they don't have them and I could get a refund. Turns out I'm in luck! Called Brownells this morning and they did indeed ship my order! They said it will arrive today and are emailing me the tracking number. LOL so it is just me! Grats!!! |

I wonder what the issue was.
On the Tactical Innovations receiver tracking thread, we discovered that there was a difference between people who ordered from a mobile browser vs. a desktop browser. I wonder if Brownell's discovered the same thing? More to the point, I wonder if they saw the thread and figured it out from there? |

Well I ordered 20 Gen M3 Pmags on 12/21/12 and have not heard a thing since.
Based upon the most recent information I am hoping I am not far behind at Brownells! I am glad that I orderd another 20-30 rounders and 20-20 rounders from from DSG at the same time. DSG came through a month ago. Looks like I'll have a few backups |

My 10-pack from 12/19 showed up today! However, my Brownell's account still shows items as out of stock and not shipped yet...

I'm starting to wonder if they will honor the original pricing when they do finally ship as some of us are coming up on the 60 day mark pretty soon here.
Not that I'm too concerned with a few extra bucks - it's a principle thing with me as the mags did show in stock when I ordered them. |

I'm not upset about the wait for the mags, I'm upset because they shipped January orders before December orders. Now it seems that Dec orders are starting to ship but I'm still being told there is no ETA on mine. I've also asked why I've never been able to see my order under order history, to which I've never received a reply via email. Just received an email from brownells:
We have experienced a truly unprecedented volume of orders recently.
However, as a result of industry wide shortage of certain products many customers like you have ordered out of stock items and those items have been placed on back order status. We are in daily contact with our key suppliers to get as much inventory as they are able to send so that we can fill back orders quickly as possible. In order to fill the back orders a decision was made to discontinue the 'manual' sorting of orders by received date. During this time, we realized that our systems could not manually sort orders of this magnitude. We will ship back orders as soon as inventory arrives in our warehouse. You are in a 'good' place within the back order processes, as we are filling back orders as inventory quantities arrive. I asked for an ETA and why I still can't view my order history and that's what I got |

I created an account before I ordered. Since the day I placed my order it's never shown up under my order history. I've contacted brownells several times about it but never received an answer.

Same here. I called them and they do in fact have my order on file. The order history page in your account only applies to ordered which have actually been processed. Back Orders are not included in this list. As long as you have an Back Order confirmation, you should be good. Try and call if you need reassurance. |

It seems kind of counter-intuitive that you should have to opt-in to view your order history. It's hard for me to imagine a case where I would not want to be able to view my order history. |

Still waiting on my 10 pack ordered on 12/21/12. These were Gen 2 non-windowed I believe. Just spoke with them and they have no ETA.
On a side note, the 8lbs of TAC I have on backorder should be shipped the second week of March. |

I just cancelled my order for brownells mags from 1/18 or so, some of you moved up one spot in line.

For those who can't see their order history on Brownells, I was in the same boat until a couple of days ago. Then I noticed at the bottom right-hand side of the "Account Info" tab a little check box: "I wish to have access to my Order History". I had never checked this when I setup my account. Not sure how I missed it, but I did. I checked it and hit the "Update Personal Information" just below the check box. It still took about 2 days for my order history to show up, including the backorder, but it is all there now. It didn't make anything ship faster as I'm still waiting for everything but it is nice to see something other than a blank screen. Hope this helps anyone in my same website challenged situation.
Now to sit back and have some more fun watching so many people getting worked up over almost nothing. Brownells is a good company and doing what they can. |
