Hard to believe it's been made right when you are only offered store credit and don't even get a refund of the shipping that was paid either....
Honestly, I'm not one to complain but this is kind of ridiculous. It's not my fault y'all didn't check your "refurbished" MD that was sold. So now I'm out an extra $4 because shipping wasn't refunded and also the rest of the $75 because I already purchased a different red dot due to this one being broken.
I can understand the policy that states returns for refurbished items will be replaced or given store credit if the items breaks or needs warranty work. But it's kind of crappy that I can't get a refund when you guys are the one who sent out a broken Micro dot. I paid for a refurbished item and paid shipping for a working unit. It arrives broken and now I am out the shipping total and only get store credit? So much for great customer service...
