I've been trying to order a mount for the Aimpoint I just bought at PSA - no joy! No worries, I'll try tomorrow.

I now have two confirmation emails (2 orders)!!!! so if it bombs out I suggest waiting an hour after putting in your CC details and see if you get an email.... I will be having a 3rd email inbound lol. PA does have killer customer service so I know it'll get straightened out. |

Bummer, it kept crashing after I entered my cc info, and I tried a couple of times. I just got a confirmation email saying one order went through, but it didn't apply the Holiday code so no BF discount. Guess I'll give 'em a call Friday to straighten it out. Be interesting to see if I get more confirmation emails!
Eh, stuff happens. Primary has always been great to deal with so they'll get it straightened out for me. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! |

prices already had the discount when i checked out the geisselle parts. Entering the HOLIDAY code did not add anymore discount

I ordered a set of Magpul MBUS sights last night. Took me over an hour to actually order them. They charged my card but I never got an order confirmation. I'm sure they aren't open today so I'm going to have to wait until Friday or Saturday to find out WTF is going on.

Same here. Order this AM not showing in order history, but do see activity on bank side of things.
Had other order on different card last night that went through. Do appreciate the good prices for black friday. Took some of the in state sting out of the purchases |

My order went through, I have a confirmation received on the site after the order. However, I never received an order confirmation email, my login doesn't work and the site won't send me a reset password email. So strange. Hope I'm in for my triggers.

I'm kind of in the same boat, but can't say for sure if my order went through... Ordered a Fail Zero BCG and a couple of Magpul items, but never received a confirmation email, yet my credit card shows a pending charge from Primary Arms for the exact amount of my purchase. On top of that, I can't access my PA account and have tried resetting my password, but it never sends me the email.
Update....Marshall already responded just now on Thanksgiving Day and checked on my order (it's in their system...which is great news for me). Now that is INCREDIBLE customer service!!!!! As a side note for folks in the same boat, Marshall indicated that their provider took the website down for a few minutes late last night to fix an issue. So I had not reset my password after the migration to the new site, but it seems I can't do that anymore....or at least the server was not sending reset emails.
So I just created a new account, checked out, never got an order confirmation, and still can't sign in. odd...... |

I can't even sign into my account
I just reset my password on Wednesday I wanted the 3-9 x 40 CrossfireII scope with PSA mount, but I can't even sign in Email sent, I would probably get other stuff but I have to fix dinner for my Elder. |

This is more of an FYI. My experience started late afternoon yesterday. Was attempting a decent sized order. Couldn't get logged into my account. Tried doing a password reset, which didn't work either. Tried several more times during the evening. Nope, notta. This morning, I jumped online, several items I had cached in my cart were sold out (which actually bummed me out). So I started all over, with a greatly reduced order. Still couldn't get logged in. This time though the password reset worked. Got logged in, went to check out and couldn't get my card to go through. Took three tries. Then finally, it went through. Received an order confirmation email. I did notice something strange. I had an International Fee of $0.25? A little perplexed why? Software glitch? Bet those add up quick.

PA - In all seriousness you guys handled this like champs. I had two unsuccessful orders get confirmed two days after I ordered. I called on black friday and was on the phone with customer service in less than 5 minutes. They squared away my orders and everything worked out. Thanks for that and thank your procurement folks for getting these deals for us! best sale by far!

I just wanted to share my recent order (5 mins ago) experience in hopes of helping others on this very busy ordering day.
It took a little bit for me to completely get to the finalize order portion of checking out, but it was reached without too much hair pulling The really interesting thing is after I pressed the submit order button the typical black window that says Processing Order with the spinning arrows popped up. That window is still up with the arrows still spinning as I type this. Right before I started typing this, my email software downloaded a Thank you for your order! message from PA saying that this order has been received. So, even though it may look like the order isn't being completed, give it some time, check your email and it will probably be all set. Yep, the black window is still up and the arrows are spinning |

Placed an order yesterday: It said try another card. I tried again, same message - no order. It did charge my bank account twice. I called and both charges were quickly removed. Tried again later, order went through. (I got an order # at least.) Again, it charged my card twice. Called yesterday and again today to try to get it resolved - no fix, no updates. Not trying to be a pain in the ass, I know you guys are scrambling to deal with IT horseshit. Just wondering if there were any updates. Thanks. |

Sorry you are having the issues, but really appreciate everything you are doing on your end to resolve the problems... its how a company addresses the issues after they happen that distinguishes a business, and you guys are first rate! |
