I requested email notification of an item their website said was out of stock,
a 16" mid-length 5.56 1:8 stainless M-Lock lightweight upper with BCG and CH. I
also intended to buy a Magpull Lower at the same time. I waited for weeks, when
I finally received a notification the item was in stock and available, I called
right away to place my order. When I called their customer service line, there
was no option to place an order, so I chose the option to check the status of an
existing order, then waited more than 53 minutes for a customer service
representative to answer, once someone finally did, before I could finish
stating my name, he hung up on me. I sent them an e-mail detailing my experience
and have not received any response.
This lets me know that they are not interested
in my business, and that there will be absolutely NO customer service should I
ever have an issue with one of their products, I'm actually glad this happened,
it kept me from making the terrible mistake of buying one of their products.
