I was curious to what the accuracy of some of the barrels PSA offers, such as their "Premium barrels" and the CHF barrels?

I have found that it's really what you feed your AR that makes the biggest difference. PSA or otherwise.
Most of the FMJ economy ammo is more for the noise than for accuracy. A couple boxes of the pricey match stuff will tell you more about the accuracy potential, but any single load can be good, bad, or mediocre with any single box of anything in a given barrel.
I currently have two PSA uppers, very plain vanilla barrels with carbine and mid-length gas systems. The carbine has a 1:9" tube. The mid-length upper has a heavier 1:8 stainless barrel. When I built them, I was anticipating accuracy in a class with a mini-14. My $259 dollar super sale carbine will turn in 1.5"-2" 10 shot groups at 100yds from a rest with handloads. Make that handloads I've made no attempt to optimize. It's topped with a Weaver 1X-3X scope, and an untouched trigger set. The heavier stainless barrel upper, ($359), shoots the same ammo in the 1"-1.25" range. Scoped with a Nikon 1.5X-4.5X, as yet no trigger work.
I'll spend some time optimizing loads this summer, and I'll pull the trigger sets and polish them up, and replace the springs to get the pull weight down. Dollar for dollar, both uppers are incredibly accurate, far more accurate than I expected.
