12/20 - customer service replied:
Hello,
This email is to notify you that we have received your package/packages back at our facility. These items were returned for reasons unknown to us as a company. If you would like us to reship your items out to you please reply to this email with a current physical address and we can set that up for you.
If you would not like reshipment we can release your funds back to your card. If you do not reply to this email within 3 business days there is a chance your product will be cancelled and restocked. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you; please let me know how you would like to proceed.

11/20 - replied to email asking for order to be reshipped
11/28 - replied to email again asking for order status
12/27 - received exactly half of our order that we paid for
1/12 - replied to email again asking for order status, state I will dispute charge if we do not hear back soon
So it sounds like according to your customer service rep you received the missing 1/2 portion of my order back for unknown reasons. I asked for it to be reshipped. It has not been, and a credit has not been issued. I have not received any further response from your customer service after repeated attempts to at contacting you.
