It may be just me, but every time I go to PSA's website and try to navigate it, I get somewhat overwhelmed with ALL of the products in the AR category. On multiple occasions I've seen "daily deals" right beside the same exact product that's not on sale. Why not just modify the product and mark it on sale than creating a new product (and subsequently never deleting the daily deal)? I've also seen up to three of the exact same products (I've compared them word by word) with 3 different product numbers, All for different prices. It just doesn't make sense. I shouldn't have to "shop around" the website to make sure the item I've found isn't hiding somewhere on the site for less money. Also, what's up with the Daily Deals Section? There shouldn't be 135 daily deals. If something is perpetually marked down in price (which a lot of the items in there seem to be) then they should be in the clearance section. To my knowledge, you guys have never had more than 20 or so daily deals. At least that's how it used to be. I know that this may seem trivial to a company that's obviously making a ton of money and I'm sure that people will give me flak, but I think that drop down menus could help tremendously. I just took a look at your website and found something that made me laugh:
128 upper receivers ( 7 PTAC and 121 PSA)
38 lower receivers ( 6 stripped and 32 complete)
28 AR9 lower receivers
Do we really need 28 AR9 lower receivers when there are only 6 options (forged, billet, and blem for both colt and glock)? It's just unnecessary space being used up. Drop down menus would help.
Like I said, you may not care. You probably have much bigger things to worry about, but a well designed website is something that would help everyone out. I know there are a couple of threads on the front page here that could've been solved with a better designed website. Anyways, just my two cents.
