Alright, it says on here to send a private message before posting publicly (bad publicity prevention policy?). I've PM'd 4 times already with no answer. Granted, one time I only sent the RMA tracking # and got a reply, "Please send name and order #," which I then sent and did not get a reply. I sent another PM after not getting a reply... and didn't get a reply... again!
5 weeks ago I posted about an upper that PSA replaced. The problem was the replacement had a blemished receiver (I didn't order blemished originally) and canted (24 clicks to zero on MBUS) FSB. I asked for my money back, but CS said I could only get store credit since BofA changed my debit card # (BofA got rid of military bank and changed it to their standard checking program). I decided to roll the dice on another replacement. There's a saying in Texas: "Fool me once... shame on... hmmm. once you fool me you can't fool me again!"
The upper took a week to get there, so PSA got it 4 weeks ago exactly; signed for by "START." Maybe someone at PSA can "START" to figure out what is going on with this.
PSA, please look up my PMs (same user name) and tell me what the deal is.
