About two months ago I placed a small order with Palmetto for a hand guard cap, & a blem upper. Got the cap promptly, then waited, & waited, & waited. Finally sat on hold for an hour and a half to be told ''it'll ship in 48 hours''. Fast forward three weeks & I'm pissed. Another hour and a half on hold to be it's out of stock, so I can say FUCK YOU. Got a refund on the upper fairly quickly, so off to another company for a upper that's in my hands two days later. I am happy and all is right in the world.
Now another several weeks later I come home from work, and there is a nice not so little brown box on the porch from none other than PSA. Gots a nice stripped blem upper inside, from an order I had canceled and been refunded. Never got a tracking number or a notification, but the date on the box is after I had canceled. Now I don't know if this is a computer error on PSA's end, or they're trying to do right by a pissed of customer. But I'm choosing to see it as they're trying to do right.
I can admit when I am wrong. So I do apologize for bad mouthing PSA. Looks like I jumped the gun there. I will do business with PSA again now.
