Ordered your ATI 1911 on clearance to take advantage on the rebate that is advertised. I checked ATI website on the rebate terms (link below) and realized that the rebate must be submitted by 7/31. By the way PSA processes orders, there is no way buyers can receive the orders in time to meet the rebate submission deadline. Can PSA consider this unique situation and expedite the order/shipping process so buyers can receive them and submit the rebates you advertise in time. Now firearm orders only can be placed with FFLs listed at PSA website, there is no lengthy verification to be done, PSA should be able to ship out in couple days like other on-line vendors. PSA advertises the ATI rebate, must intend to help buyers to successfully submit the rebates with 7/31 submission due date. Customers will be pissed if you advertise a rebate with submission due in couple weeks and take you more than couple weeks to process orders. Can you help! PLEASE!
My order # is 2100832404 http://www.americantactical.us/page/r_disclaimer.html |

View Quote While I definitely think they should take care of this request, and ship all firearms eligible for the rebate ASAP, you need to know that the FFL list on their site has nothing to do with which FFLs they have the information from. It's simply a list of FFLs provided by the ATF. You still need to verify they have your particular FFL on file. I will tell you from my experience, ATI will process that rebate faster than anything you've ever seen. I submitted mine on a Fri afternoon, rebate confirmed that afternoon, email came Monday to say check was processed, and the check arrived the next Monday. 10 days from submission including two weekends. |

Well said, OP. On the chance these pleas are not falling on deaf ears, my order number is 2100831991

Put me on the list of people who would love to get the rebate.
|
|
I wouldn't worry. If your purchase date shows as being in the time listed, ATI shouldn't have any issues honoring the rebate.

The list shown on our website is a list of FFLs that are registered with ATF. You will still have to contact or compliance department or send me a message to verify that we have the FFL on file. Definitely think it could be explained a bit better on the website. It may have been updated since I last ordered anything that needed an FFL. Your dealer may well be in their system, but their presence in the listing doesn't confirm that fact. |

Definitely think it could be explained a bit better on the website. It may have been updated since I last ordered anything that needed an FFL. Your dealer may well be in their system, but their presence in the listing doesn't confirm that fact. Well, the ordering page to choose FFL from the list does not say anything that buyers still need to contact PSA compliance department to verify the receiving FFL is on file or the list is just an ATF list. Should say something! It is very mis-leading to have the FFL list in their order system and they may not have the FFLs on file. They could have the list at their website outside the order system like other vendors. Anyway, I had PSA ship to my FFL just 2 weeks ago, so I know it is on file; however, I just emailed a copy of FFL to them again anyway after reading this posting. Sounds like I need to email the FFL every time I order something to be sure it is on file. No wonder it takes PSA so long to process orders, why can't they just post the list of FFLs that they have on file already, the most logical place is the FFL list in order system that they ask buyer to choose FFL from. If that list is not the FFLs they have on file and folks still need to send in or contact them to make sure the receiving FFL is on file, why they even ask buyers to choose an FFL from the list to complete the order process! |

However, I checked once, and don't plan on checking again. I just order and wait. If they end up not having the info on file (maybe it expired?), they'll contact me. I can't imagine ordering a firearm that I couldn't wait an extra couple days or a week. I have enough here to at least occupy both hands. |

Much to my surprise, I just received an email from ups saying psa printed a shipping label for my package. I ordered my 1911 friday afternoon, around 3, so this is the first full business day! I don't know what else to say other than well done PSA, bravo!

OK, there is hope! PSA, please take care of me too! My order # is 2100832404.

I didn't expect it but mine will be here in 2 days. Damn wish they posted here. I almost bought the 5 inch also this weekend but ending up buying 4 BCGs instead. Happy with a commander though for the price, rebate makes it even better.

For the ones who have already successfully completed the rebate, did you use the confirmation email as the bill of sale or something else?
Thanks |
|
If your order has been marked as complete from PSA, there will be an invoice tab you can print. Or use the invoice from your box once it arrives.

Good for PSA for helping customers with the somewhat unusual ATI rebate requirements.
And PSA has ramped things up and is now shipping other firearms at the minimum 10-day point indicated on the website. The new order system appears to be paying real customer service dividends. |

I think I am going to miss. I dont have a shipping notification and Illinois has a 3 day waiting period. Even at $319 still not a bad buy I figure.

If not, IM PSA or call their customer service (wait on the line for 30+ minutes). Send an email to ATI Customer Service and let them know the situation, they will take care of you. I did that and was told to send them the invoice and register the rebate and they can address the 4473 later. ATI Customer Service is fast on answering email. Thanks to PSA for helping us on the fast shipping for this unique situation, I am going to get my ATI 1911 from FFL tomorrow! |

Hmmm...they dropped the 1911-22 another $30, but the deadline is 7/31. Wonder how many successful rebates will get processed. $169 after rebate is a killer deal. (Although my $199 after rebate with free shipping and no FFL transfer fee wasn't too bad).

It just states that the date of the sales receipt must be before 8/1/14. So this should be good to go even if you order it on 7/31/14. |

Any chance of this same help for Sig Sauer buyers? They have a special going that ends 08/01. Order number 2100841855 if possible.

I just called ATI to clarify, the orders have to be placed / bill of sale dated by July 31
they don't have a date set for when the rebates have to be submitted by, but they recommend not waiting.

Got mine today. It seems pretty nice. I honestly think think the arched main spring will go away for a flat. Not to figure out the rebate thing
