Palmetto has said in the past that they will warranty their guns but is there a written warranty policy? Does the warranty extend to guns sold to a second party or are they only warrantied to the first purchaser? Is it lifetime or for a set number of years?

The responsibility for understanding state laws regarding magazine capacities is on the customer.

New Jersey - no magazines greater than 15 rounds
New York - no magazines greater than 10 rounds

How long is that warranty, what does it cover and does it apply to first purchasers only or is it for the life of the product no matter who owns it? That blurb states nothing about their warranty policy on THEIR products. I am posting this in the Palmetto State Vendor forum. To me that is akin to emailing their customer service as this is their official support forum.

I think this is important to know when choosing to purchase a PSA product whether it be second hand or new from them. I've been told by others that PSA will not warranty their own weapons if you are not the original owner. I would like to know if this is true as I have seen them tell people that they will warranty their weapons for life as long as you haven't modified it.

Just to clarify op, the PSA poster here has stated several times that the customer service department DOES NOT handle social media (including Facebook, twitter, and this forum)...best bet would be to contact cs via the email link provided, and be patient, they are overwhelmed at this point in time with both email and phone calls.
