Mark, will this ever happen again?!
With introduction of tobr nuts for sale, I really missed out on a 16 inch tar barrel to lighten up my tobr. If anyone wants to part with their's, DM me. Would trade 20 inch stealth (have yet to receive) for 16 inch TAR barrel without feed ramps. Since these were purchased during sale, they can't swap the order, which I totally understand. I'm sure a bunch of people would change their mind a million times. :( |

I carry, because I cherish life.

Got the package in tonight Mark, thank you for the awesome sale and great products. The 16" tar looks great, I kind of like the alignment slot with the gas block.
|
|
|
got my 16 in tar today and some goodies, thanks mark and others for the hard work to get this deal out to us all, bill,

I have everything but my rail for my stealth upper and then the 18" stealth testing will begin and I will provide a write up and pics for sure. What would make this build amazing would be a Larue PredaTAR hand guard with a mounting system plate / barrel nut that will work with a regular stealth upper! It's time to update the Larue handguard line up with a non quad rail option!! |

MAHA You got a stealth barrel right? The contour of the stealth barrel will negate any weigh savings of the polymer receivers would give over aluminum |

I drive an hour to the place I usually shoot at, just haven't made it there yet. Do most people follow a break in process for these (Stealth) barrels? I have never broken a barrel in properly, and was thinking about doing this one. |

I can't say I'm a good enough shooter to notice a difference. What I have noticed is that it usually takes 100-200rds for barrels to REALLY shoot. That's just my unscientific observations. I do clean new barrels before I shoot them. |

It was really light with a RDS. |

Received and assembled tonight. Went and shot to try to zero, it was all over the board but I'm guessing optics, sweat, and the bird size mosquitoes trying to carry us away had something to do with it. Shots groups we fairly close, but we were chasing the zero pretty bad. Will go out when I have more time and retry. Oh and if I can figure out the picture thing, I'll post pictures. |
